The real-estate section of the newspaper 'The New York Times' offers today a large article on the House Hemeroscopium and focuses on how the architect of this work, Antón García-Abril, built the house from three giant concret I-beams, two concret segments of an irrigation canal and two steel girders, all anchored by a 20-ton granite slab.

Venice Biennale last days

The 12th Intl. Architecture Exhibition "People meet in architecture" for the Venice Biennale is coming to an end. The last day to enjoy this wonderful show of architecture, that has been organized by Kazuyo Sejima this year, and had the participation of Ensamble Studio, is on Sunday November 21st. On Saturday 20th there will be a roundtable discussion involving Kazuyo Sejima, Christian Kerez and Antón García-Abril as a closing ceremony of the exhibition.
