The 12th Architects National Congress “Ciudad y Arquitectura: Responsabilidad ante los nuevos tiempos” has invited Antón García-Abril to give a talk in Panama, in June 24th. The lecture will be at 2.30 pm in the Convention Center Vasco Nuñez de Balboa. Panama is going through a period of incomparable growing that has changed the city outline, mainly due to the construction of skyscrapers and mega projects. García-Abril examiner in the AA

Antón García-Abril has been invited to participate as an external examiner of Intermediate student works for AA Intermediate RIBA/ARB Part 1 (Third Year portfolios) on Tuesday 14 June and Diploma student works for AA Finals RIBA/ARB Part 2 (Fifth Year portfolios) on Wednesday 15 June. The schedule includes several events, like a talk where García-Abril will try to help the students from his own view. Good luck to all of them!

The Truffle in MUUUZ

The Architecture and design web magazine MUUUZ has focused on the Truffle project by Ensamble Studio, in an article titled “Cave House”. It explains that the house seems to be carved into a rock, to become a shelter with just some basic elements: a window, a bed, a fireplace, a sink and shower.
