The immediate association to a truffle is a small piece of soft, fine chocolate, custom-made to be perfectly eaten in just one bite. Moreover, it gives the impression of being done with the care of the culinary tradition, and not coming from a monstrous industrial machine. This is how the Latin-American magazine focused on contemporary culture, ‘Exclama’, sees this project by Ensamble Studio.
