García-Abril gave a lecture about positive cities and urbanism in the 'International Meeting on Island-Cities in the Future'.
He proposed the creation of a urban communication infrastructure over the South Expressway via, which would have a capacity of 700,000 population and 7 million users. This Link City would create a green corridor between the natural areas on the island that could be run through with ecological systems and public transport.
