Spanish stability

In the critical text written by Antón García-Abril in 'El Cultural' magazine in the week of June 12th 1999, the architect tells us, to mark the V Biennial of Spanish Architecture held in Comillas, what path is following the architecture of this country, in a stable way and getting strong by its own means. García-abril also highlights some of the 21 projects on display, such as the last work of Josep Llinás or the Civic Center of Roberto Ercilla and Miguel Ángel Campo.
